WHY CHOOSE A GOLIATH UV-C ?

WHAT MEANS 99,99% OF EFFICIENTY ?
A laboratory has different classifications.
One of the most severe is LOG 4 , who certifies 99,99% of décontamination relatif to irradiation time and the mJ/cm2 produced by the UV-C GOLIATH system.
This means that after one irradiation cycle presenting 1 MILLION of germs, less then 100 my remain alive.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN UV-A , UV-B AND UV-C ?
UV-A has a wave lenght in between 315 and 400 nanometers . Only UV-A is able to cross a glass object
They are responsible for sun tanning and discolouration . UV-A is currently used for water treatement .
UV-B has a wave lenght in between 280 and 315 nanometers .
Sunlight produces only 2 % of UV-B in nature .
Since wave length is getting shorter, they are more aggressive and could lead to skin burns or cancer.
UV-B can treat bacterium but require an exposure time up to 10 times longer then UV-C .
They are currently used in light therapy and dental surgery.
UV-C has a wave lenght in between 180 and 280 nanometers .
Due to the very short wave length they are extremely usefull for eliminate viruses.
UV-C is very powerfull, but INVISIBLE and so extremely harmfull!
In nature the Ozone layer is protecting us from UV-C rays , that’s why the saving of the layer is so important.
WHAT IS THE ADVANTAGE OF UV-C LEDS VERSUS OZONE GAS ?
We try to irradiate viruses and not Mother Nature or biodiversity.
It is scientifically proved that Ozone gas is extremely harmfull for organs like lungs and kidneys , human or animal.
While a UV-C cycle stops IMMEDIATELY and without any hazard , spread of Ozone gas can take several hours to desipate in a closed erea .

WHY UV-C LEDS ARE DANGEROUS ?
UV-C is indeed extremely DANGEROUS !
Human visible spectrum starts at 385,nanometers. UV-C ends at 280 nanometers
So they are INVISIBLE !!!
Impossible to distinguish with the human eye if LEDS are On or Off.
Without adequate protection a very short exposure might cause total and irriversible Blindness.
Repeated exposures without protection will change the human, animal or végétal DNA For these reasons GOLIATH has 3 different and seperate build-in security systems.
If for what ever reason somebody tries to open the hermetic GOLIATH box in operation cycle, UV-C device stops immediatly and goes back to zero.
Respecting the operation manuel GOLIATH is 100% safe.
WHICH ITEMS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN A GOLIATH ?
It is stricly forbidden to introduce animals or any other living being, even plants. Introducing them in the box will cause dramatic injuries and can lead to death . There is no guarantee or reliability on Food and liquids.
WHAT CAN WE DISINFECT IN A GOLIATH ?
All Cameras, lenses electronics, batteries, back-ups, sound recording systems, Accessoires, make-up, money, masks, gloves, clothes, etc…
We recommand to protect all camera sensors by an lens or a optical cap.
HOW TO PREPARE FOR A CYCLE INSIDE A GOLIATH ?
U need to respect enough space (min. 5 cm) in between the stocked items.
Items to close to each other or stacked will not be desinfected on contact sides. Do not put items touching the walls.
If needed U can turn around items and operate a second cycle.
WHY WE RECOMMAND TO TRANSPORT A GOLIATH EMPTY ?
During transport items stocked inside the box might damage the reflectors on the walls.
This could result in a lack of efficienty.

Each GOLIATH has warranty seals. If one is missed or opened, guarantee is void.
